We want to use the best quality ingredients available, organic and Australian when available. We make our own soy milk from Australian grown organic soybeans, the extra virgin olive oil is organically grown and pressed in WA, the almonds we use in the Almond Feta are Australian, and our rosemary is harvested locally in Melbourne.
